The Komati Fruit Group and its board of directors, along with related parties, conduct our business operations in strict adherence to the highest standards of corporate governance, with a primary focus on serving the interests of all stakeholders.

The Komati Fruit Group is managed by a board of directors composed of seven members. Among these, three directors actively participate in the day-to-day operations of the Group. Overseeing the Group’s daily management, production, harvesting, and export logistics are Piet Smit, Cornel van der Merwe, and Marinus Neethling, all of whom are part of the family.

The Group also has three non-executive directors: Steve Booysen, who is also the Chairman of the board, Louis Vorster and John Purchase.
