The majority of our exported lemons are Eurekas. Their rind thickness is medium to thin and has a high acidity level. They are mostly seedless, oval shaped and feature a yellow, texturised outer peel. Like other citrus fruits, their inner flesh is encased in eight to ten segments. Lemons contain unique anti-antioxidant and anti-cancer qualities and are also an excellent source of vitamin C.
